Amy Pascal also addressed the future of the main Spider-Man series, assuring fans that a fourth movie is still in the works, with the duo of Tom Holland and Zendaya once again expected grace the screen as Peter Parker and MJ. However, Pascal mentioned that the development process has been put on hold due to the ongoing writers strike. Despite this setback, Pascal remains optimistic.

“Are we going to make another movie? Of course, we are,” Pascal told the trade. “We’re in the process, but the writers strike, nobody is working during the strike. We’re all being supporters, and whenever they get themselves together, we’ll get started.”
