When it comes to hair loss, “vitamin and mineral supplements can help support hair growth”.

The stand-out supplements for Kaura are ones containing vitamins C and B, as well as those with minerals zinc and magnesium.

“Zinc is a nutrient which must be supplied through the diet, as it’s not naturally generated by the body,” she explained.

“Hair loss is often hormonal or genetic, and little can be done to prevent it,” she warned.
