News Today || Headlines Today

The mother of missing girl Cleo Smith has made a fresh plea for her daughter’s safe return as the desperate search enters its 13th day.

Ellie Smith took to social media again on Thursday, nearly two weeks after her daughter disappeared from the tent they were sleeping in at the Blowholes near Carnarvon.

She posted a story to her Instagram page with a selfie of her and four-year-old Cleo, pleading with people with any information to contact police.

“If you know anything please CALL the police!” the post read. “We want our baby home.”

Ms Smith also reposted a missing poster with a picture of her daughter, advertising the $1 million reward for information leading to her return.

It comes after forensics returned to Ms Smith’s South Carnarvon home for a third time on Wednesday, before also returning to the Blowholes where they took ash samples from old campfires at the site.

The new post comes after Ms Smith and her partner Jake Gliddon also spent time speaking with investigators at Carnarvon Police Station as they continue to assist with the investigation.
